2004 Associated Builders and Contractors award winner. This project was a renovation of the existing 430,000 square foot building. The work included reglazing of over 100,000 square feet of glass in the 20 story tower and the atrium skylight. It also included: new entry doors and cladding of the three story poured in place concrete with aluminum composite panels (ACP).
